Tool Lending Library

In 2017, Erie resident Jay Breneman began a tool lending program to help neighbors with home projects. The lending library quickly grew and moved from the Academy Neighborhood office to 329 E. 28th Street in July 2020. Jay and volunteers rehabbed the vacant lot and dedicated the new Tool Lending Library at Maker's Park
